Revised PHRF Certificate Submission Rules and missing Certificates
|
|
An amendment to the NoR is posted on our website'sOfficial NoticeBoard (located in the Racing Documents section). Please read it. The short form is that if the Handicapper has receiveda copy of your current PHRF-LE certificate from EITHER the racing member or PHRF-LE, the currentrating will be applied to the boat.
In the past it was MANDATORY that the racing member forward a copy of your certificate to the handicapper or you would be rated at -200. In many cases we have already receivedthe certificate from PHRF.
As of 4/29/24 we do NOT have certificates for the following boats: Haiku, Winged Chariot, Shenanigan, Innisfree, Sock Monkey, Sea Star, Aly O', Futures, Main Brace, Zephyr, ate, Hooligan, Polestar, Nom De Mel, Seitz- Seer, Intuition and Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk.
These are rated at -200 until 24 hours after we receive their certificates from EITHER the racing member or PHRF.
