Do you sail the lake on a keelboat? Would you like to try a simple race course and compete for monthly bragging rights? No need to worry about racing rules knowledge or the presence of other competitors in your proximity. You’re racing against yourself and the clock only!
The 'KOOL' is a very simple monthly competition that can be run anytime* you are on the water. You decide when you want to do it. When your crew is available, when the weather is right, whenever you are ready to go for it! You will race against the clock only and submit your time to be included for the month’s best overall result.
To participate, all boats must register via this calendar event and have a handicap rating on file with us. Boats without a valid PHRF-LE certificate on file with the BHSC will be assigned a FREE provisional rating after completing registration. Registration is open during the entire competition period.

The Buffalo Harbor Sailing Club (BHSC) is a 501(c)3 organization established in 1977 to organize Sailboat Racing and outreach to our community. We are Member and Sponsor supported and promote several events each year for our members. BHSC Membership is not required for this event.
